The Department of Labor Migration of the UFMS of Russia in Moscow region has moved to a new place: Moscow, Dokukina stг., 14 A 

In May 12, 2012 the UFMS of Russia in Moscow, located in Kornejchuika str., 47 A has stopped documents submission and issue for an indefinite period because of tecnical failure in database work 

On January 1, 2012 the Federal Law as of December 3, 2011 N 379-FZ came into force. According to the Law the organizations are obliged to contribute pension insurance for the additional categories of foreign citizens. The Law also determines insurance contribution rates for the specific categories of foreign citizens.

On December 28, 2011 within the order of "Rostrud" № 315, Quota for foreign labor hire 2012 has been adopted.

Starting from January 1, 2012  FMS changes bank detailes of the state fees payments for obtaining work permits and invitation letters for work visas for Highly Qualified Specialists.

In mid-December, 2011 the Prosecutor Offices of the Russian Federation have formed the annual consolidated schedule of audits of organizations in 2012.

Starting from December, 21 2011 the changes to invitation letters processing for work visas of Highly Qualified Specialist will be implemented by the Federal Migration Service. 

On October, 17 2011 within the Order of the FMS of Russia as of August, 15 2011 N 319, the form of notification of arrival of a foreign citizen or person without citizenship to the place of stay has been changed.

On March 1, 2011 the Federal Law N393 as of December 28, 2010 on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russia and the Republic of France on the temporary employment of citizens of one state on the territory of the other came into force.

In May 2011 the draft of decree of the Chief State Medical Officer of Moscow N9 as of May 13, 2011 was published. The decree regulates the new procedure for medical examination on HIV and infectious deseases of foreign citizens during work permits, temporary residence permits and residence permits execution. 

On May 17, 2011 the Order of Rostrud N102 "On approval of the corrected information on foreign labor hire Quota 2011 for organizations" was published.

Starting from May 1, 2011, the local Centers for Employment of Moscow changed the requirements for applications on foreign labor hire intentions.

Starting from May 2011, in accordance with the Order № 424 as of December 6, 2010 the changes to the Order № 430 as of November 8, 2007 "About the regulations of the Federal Migration Service for work visa obtaining, processing and extension" came into force.
