Free audit for compliance with migration and labor laws

The Confidence Group Company is pleased to announce continuation of free inspections (audit) from September to December 2018 for compliance with migration and labor laws. Checks are carried out on the following issues:

 

  • correspondence of the number of foreign workers in the organization to the approved proportion in certain kinds of economic activity;
  • compliance of labor / civil contracts concluded by employers with every foreign worker, of this contracts with the requirements of immigration legislation;
  • accuracy of hire, transfer, suspension from work and dismissal of the foreign worker;
  • compliance with the terms and procedure of notifications of state authorities, as well as the accuracy of the notifications filling for admission / dismissal of foreign workers as well as with the obligations of employers on salary payment for HQS;
  • accuracy of filling the migration card, correspondence of the stated purpose of entry to the real one;
  • compliance with the rules of migration registration (according to the latest migration registration) by organizations and the foreign citizens;
  • availability of work permits, patents, permanent residence permits and temporary residence permits of foreign workers, as well organizations’ foreign labor hire permit;
  • accuracy of the information specified in work visas, and its compliance to other documents;
  • availability of the Voluntary Health Insurance policy or health services contract with the organization, complying with the relevant legal requirements (for the last calendar year);
  • availability of receipts confirming advance payments of personal income tax for the period of validity of the patent;
  • timeliness of providing the copy of the employment contract to the territorial department of MIA by the foreign citizen working based on the patent.

The check on other items, as well as checking of immigration violations, bans on entry into Russia, the validity of documents in the database of Ministry of Internal Affairs is carried out by mutual agreement of the parties for additional fee.

The check is carried out remotely, at that the customer must provide electronic copies of documents requested by the Contractor. If necessary, the audit can be carried out at the Customers’ premises. Cost of the services agreed on separately.

Free check is carried out within 5 foreign workers in one organization. The cost of each subsequent audit is calculated individually.

The check of documents carried out within the documents which period of validity does not exceed one calendar year.

As soon as the check is carried out, the report of the lawyer, containing a description of violations, the possible penalties and action items will be presented to the Customer.
