A law abolishing visa preferences with some unfriendly countries came into force on May 1, 2022 - 06.05.2022

The new law abolished visa preferences for journalists, members of official delegations, governments and courts and introduced a visa regime for diplomats arriving in the Russian Federation from some unfriendly countries 

The forms of applications for admission to the citizenship of RF in a simplified procedure have changed from May 4, 2022 - 06.05.2022

The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation updating the procedure for obtaining Russian citizenship in connection with the recognition of the LDNR, as well as new forms for applying for obtaining Russian citizenship in a simplified manner for citizens of Ukraine and LDNR has been published

New roundtable discussions on migration issues in Spring 2020

Dear friends!

We are pleased to inform you that in Spring 2020 Confidence Group holds a new series of roundtable discussions on current migration issues.

In order to ensure the availability of information, as well as an individual approach to the presents, the events are held in our office with the participation of limited circle of interested members of the organizations.

All events are held in the central office of Confidence Group at the following address: 105082, Moscow, Spartakovskaya Square., 14, bld. 2 (Bristol), 3rd Floor, Office 2306(entrance from Baumanskaya Street),  business-center Central Street. The speakers of the events: Sofia Batura, Expert in migration and labor legislation, Confidence Group and Olga Makarova - lawyer, leading consultant.

New procedure for notifications sent by employers and customers of services attracting foreign labor
 
  1. Types of notifications from employers and service customers.
  2. Legal documents governing the procedure for sending notifications to employers and customers of services.

  • Form of notification of the conclusion of an employment contract or civil law contract for the performance of work (rendering of services) with a foreign citizen (stateless person) (Appendix No. 13 to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as of 04.06.2019 No. 363).
  • Form of notice of termination (termination) of an employment contract or civil law contract for the performance of work (provision of services) with a foreign citizen (stateless person) (Appendix No. 14 to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as of 04.06.2019 No. 363).
  • Form of notification of the conclusion of an employment contract or civil law contract for the performance of work (provision of services) with a foreign citizen (stateless person) studying in the Russian Federation in full-time form in a vocational educational organization or educational institution of higher education under the main professional educational program having state accreditation (Appendix N 7 to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as of 04.06.2019 N 363).
