Rent reduction negotiations or rental vacations during the coronavirus pandemic

The Government of the Russian Federation issued an order to temporarily suspend the entry of foreign citizens, except of certain categories, into the territory of Russia. This ban will last until at least May 1st, 2020. We are hope that the deadlines for restricting entry to the Russian Federation will not be extended and in the near future all employees and organizations will return to their normal work schedule. Despite this, due to the rapidly evolving coronavirus pandemic, our professional relocation consultants will be delighted to provide you with comprehensive support to reduce rent for your company employees and thereby reduce the financial burden during a pandemic.

We are ready to offer you several options for saving the budget:
• Foreign employees who left the Russian Federation and were unable to return due to the closure of borders, we will contact the owners and negotiate provision of rental vacations until the end of the entry ban.
