In accordance with the Decree of the Government of Russia N 2275-р as of November 14, 2014 “On Establising the Quota for the Issue of Permits for a Temporary Residence to Foreign Citizens in 2015” the quota for temporary residence permits in 2015 is equal to126055. It is 20 thousands less than in 2014.
In comparison with 2014, allocation of the quota between the subjects of Russia has been changed. However, allocation of quota in Moscow and St.Petersburg in 2015 remained the same.
- Moscow – 2000 permits
- St.Petersburg – 1500 permits
