On October, 17 2011 within the Order of the FMS of Russia as of August, 15 2011 N 319, the form of notification of arrival of a foreign citizen or person without citizenship to the place of stay has been changed.
The following paragraph has been added to the form: "Address of the previous stay in Russia". It shall be filled in case a foreign citizen changes the place of stay in Russia.
The old form can still be used until it is fully completed in the Federal Migration Service authorities.
