Starting from 2012 the new requirements for documents submission for multiple entry work visas for the accompanying family members of foreign employees have been introduced.
Along with other documents, accompanying family members should present copy of documents, confirming relationships with a foreign employee (certificate of marriage, certificate of birth, etc.) translated into Russian (in free format), stamped by an organization and signed by an authorized person.
This requirement concerns both family members of regularly hired foreign employees and Highly Qualified Specialists, as well as foreign employees, hired within the Intergovernmental agreements on simplified procedure of foreign citizens hire.
