Features of Quota application procedure in Moscow 14.01.2013

Quota application procedure in Moscow consists of the several stages:

1Application to the Center for Employment Application is required for citizens from both visa and visa free countries. Information about the date of application to the Center for Employment is specified in item 30 of quota application. Is not essential for quota application in Moscow. Confidence Group recommends it if an organization applies for quota for the first time or applied to the Center for Employment more than one year ago.  
2Registration on the official web site of the the Ministry of Health and  Social Development www.migrakvota.gov.ruRegistration is required only when applying for quota for the first time. The procedure of registration and work on the web site is available here. If an organization has a branch or autonomous subdivision in several regions of Russia, one shall be registered and apply for quota for each region separately.
3Generation of interactive quota application on the web site www.migrakvota.gov.ruCan be formed by copying of previously generated application. Citizens from both visa and visa free countries, intended to be hired in the next year shall be indicated. Information about foreign citizens, hired to quota free positions (the list of quota free positions is available here), Highly Qualified Specialists, as well as foreign citizens, intended to be hired within the Intergovernmental agreements on simplified procedure of foreign citizens hire shall not be indicated.
4Preparation of documentsRequired documents:
  • quota application, printed from the web site www.migrakvota.gov.ru in 2 copies, stamped by organization and signed by the head;
  • accompanying letter, printed on organization’s letter head, stamped by organization and signed by the head. Shall meet the following requirements;
  • original of extract from legal entity’s public register (the extract shall be issued not later than 3 months ago for the date of documents submission);
  • power of attorney for a representative of organization, printed on organization’s letter head, stamped by organization and signed by the head.
5Documents submission to the Moscow Center for Labor Exchange
 		Documents are accepted by the Moscow Center for Labor Exchange, located at: Usievicha str., bld. 1, Moscow (m. Sokol). Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thisday, from 09.00 till 16.00, lunch time from 12.00 till 13.00. Tel. +7 499 151 1536, +7 499 151 1486.
