From 15.07.2020, the 14-day isolation of persons arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation by the regular air flights from countries with which it is planned to resume air traffic has been canceled. This is reported in a Letter from Rospotrebnadzor dated 15.07.2020 N 02/14464-2020-27 "Explanations on the order of implementation of the Resolution of the Chief state sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation of 07.07.2020 N 18".
At the same time, the isolation of persons arriving from foreign countries by the "exported" flights is not canceled. In respect of this category of persons, a set of preventive measures is organized in accordance with the Resolution of the Chief state sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation of 30.03.2020 N 9 "On additional measures to prevent the spread of COVID-2019".
The letter also lists the responsibilities of foreign citizens arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation and Russian citizens arriving from foreign countries.
In addition, it is reported that the Russian Ministry of transport has agreed to resume international flights in certain hub cities (Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Saint Petersburg and Rostov-on-don). In the future, the list of airports and countries with which it is possible to expand air traffic will be revised.
