Prime minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin allowed entrance for citizens of Switzerland and those having a residence permit or another document confirming the right of permanent stay in Switzeland from August 15, 2020.
Swiss citizens will be allowed to enter Russia via air transport.
Air travel with Switzerland is planning to resume on a reciprocal basis also from August 15, 2020. This decision was made on August 1, 2020 on a meeting of the operational headquarters under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
Flights will be operated once a week on the route Moscow - Geneva - Moscow.
Rosaviatsia will send notification telegrams about the resumption of flights to airlines.
