Following the news regarding the amendments to the order of the Government dated March 16, 2020 No. 635-р, the list of citizens allowed to enter Russian Federation has been extended.
Thus, citizens of the United Kingdom, Turkey, Tanzania and Switzerland and also those having a residence permit or another document confirming the right of permanent stay in these countries, are allowed to cross the border of Russian Federation via air transport.
Besides this, the following citizens are allowed to obtain all types of Russian visas if they are issued in they are issued at diplomatic missions and consular offices located in the UK, Turkey, Tanzania and Switzerland.
At the moment, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow has resumed accepting documents for issuing invitations for citizens of the UK, Turkey and Tanzania and from August 15, 2020, the acceptance of documents for issuing invitations for Swiss citizens will also open.
Information on the resumption of permits to engage foreign workers and work permits is being specified.
