Starting from October 22, 2012 the UFMS of Russia in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region (4, Kirochnaya str., bld. А) will no longer be accepting the documents for legalization of Highly Qualified Specialists work in Russia. Applications have to be submitted to the FMS of Russia in Moscow (4 A, Verhnyaya Radishcevskaya str.). All applicants have to pick up their work permits in person in the FMS of Russia in Moscow.
According to unofficial sources, all documents previousely submitted in St. Petersburg were transfered to FMS of Russia in Moscow.
