On 31st of January 2008 Ministry of Public Health and Social Development put changes into the list of professions/positions of foreign citizens who are allowed to work on the territory of Russian Federation different from the territory of work permit validity (all nationals)
The following positions/professions were added:
According to this resolution a foreign citizen holding one of the positions from the approved list (the full list can be sent by the consultant of the Confidence Group on demand) has a right to work on the territory of the Russian Federation different from the territory of work permit validity only in a case of business trip. The period of such trip should not exceed 10 calendar days during the whole period of work permit validity.
The following positions/professions were added:
- heads of organizations, institutions, enterprises;
- heads of specialized production-operating units;
- heads of functional and other units and services;
- heads of small organizations, institutions, enterprises.
