Starting from September 25, 2012 the FMS of Russia in Moscow (Pokrovka str., 42) has changed the adressee in the application forms for invitation letters, visas, migration registration and other documents.
All application forms shall be addressed to the Head of the UFMS of Russia in Moscow, Colonel of the internal service Olga Kirillova.
