Confidence group company in continuation with the previous news announces the entry into force of Federal Law No. 329-ФЗ as of 15.10.2020 "On Amendments to Articles 6 and 6-1 of the Federal Law" On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation".
Thus, the rules and procedure for the distribution of quotas for a temporary residence permit will be considered by the commissions formed in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The procedure for the formation of commissions will be determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The amendments enter into force on January 14, 2021.
