On November 9, 2012 the Decree of the Government of Russia as of November 03, 2012 #1137 on Quotas for foreign labor hire in 2013 was published in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
The planned Quota of work permits for 2013 is 1 745 584 items. The Quota for work permits in 2013 equals to Quota in 2012.
The Decree also approves the Quota for work invitation letters for roreign citizens. In 2013 it will not exceed 410 126 items, 11% less than in 2012.

Let us remined you that distribution of Quota for regions and organizations will be procecced only in January, within the appropriate order of the Russian government.
