Department of labor and employment of Moscow has published on it's website the Quota for foreign labor hire which contains information on employers, positions and number of foreign citizens to be hired in 2013.
The document is still under review. It will come into force after official publication within the order of the Department of labor and employment. Any employer can already track his Quota for 2013 following by this link.
