Starting from November 19, 2012 the Department of the Federal Migration Service of Moscow (Korneychuka str., 47A) has changed the procedure of obtaining work permits for the citizens from visa-free countries.
Now the two documents: medical conclusion on health condition and HIV certificate shall be presented along with the other documents when applying for work permit or by the moment of receiving it. It is not allowed to present the documents 30 days after receiving work permit as it is approved by the Russian law.
