Following our previous news about the temporary termination of flights between the UK and Russia due to the worsening of the epidemiological situation we inform you that Operational headquarters for preventing the spread of coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation have decided to extend the suspension of air links with the UK, according to the official website of the Russian government.
The restrictions are extended until 23:59 hours on 1 June 2021.
We would like to point out that Russia has previously suspended flights with the UK from 22 December 2020 until 16 April 2021 inclusive due to the detection of a new strain of coronavirus in the UK.
