The Operational headquarters of preventing the import and spread of a new coronavirus infection of Moscow made explanations of the current version of the decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 68-УМ from June 28, 2020 (as amended on June 25, 2021).
From June 28, 2021, people will be allowed to enter public catering establishments and public events only by QR code.
As mentioned earlier, the vaccination of foreign citizens began on June 28, 2021 only for workers from the areas defined by the Resolution of the Chief health inspector of Moscow. Therefore, if a foreign citizen is vaccinated with a Russian vaccine or he/she had COVID-19 in Russia, or has passed a PCR test in one of the laboratories connected to the EMIAS system, he/she can receive a QR code in a special service on the mos.ru portal using the link.
As for foreign vaccines, The Operational headquarters informs that he/she can get a QR code based on the results of vaccination with only one of the vaccines registered in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Also it presented the List of laboratories transmitting PCR results to EMIAS.
However, there are exceptions to the mandatory provision of a QR code, namely:
- those who live hotels, hostels and other accommodation facilities when visiting catering outlets in these facilities do not need a QR code if other citizens do not have access to these premises;
- the QR code is not needed if the canteen, buffet or cafe is located on the territory of the enterprise and is intended for employees or students, and there is no access to such premises for other citizens;
- From June 24 to July 11 (inclusive), it is allowed to visit seasonal summer cafes at stationary catering establishments without presenting a QR code.
