According to the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation following the results of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, until July 15, 2021 the Government of the Russian Federation needs to organize vaccination against coronavirus for foreign citizens and stateless persons staying in the Russian Federation for work. It is assumed that vaccination will be on a paid basis and will be carried out with a single-component vaccine "Sputnik Light". On June 30, 2021 the Government of the Russian Federation will have to submit to the President a plan for organizing these events.
As for Moscow, according to the mayor of Moscow S.S. Sobyanin, vaccination of foreign migrants is already starting in a pilot mode at the request of employers (within the first 10 days, starting from June 28, 2021), falling under the requirements of the decree of the chief health inspector of Moscow. Further, after working out, the mechanism will be simplified and extended to other groups of foreign citizens, even to the self-employed.
After the approval of the application from the employer, labor migrants will be able to get immunized at the Sakharov migration center from 09:00 to 21:00, as well as from June 29, 2021 on the territory of the Sadovod shopping center from 08:00 to 20:00.
