From June 10, entry to Azerbaijan by air transport is open to citizens of Turkey and Russia.
To cross the border, tourists will need to provide a document confirming the passage of a full vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate of the previous COVID-19 disease, as well as a negative PCR test result, performed no earlier than 72 hours before departure. A tourist under 18 years old will need only such a PCR test.
