Cyprus imposes new restrictions on unvaccinated tourists 05.08.2021

Due to the increase in cases of coronavirus in Cyprus, new rules for unvaccinated tourists have been published on the Government's website.

Until August 31, 2021, all tourists who have not completed the full course of vaccination and have not been recovered from COVID-19 within the last 180 days will need to undergo a second mandatory test - either by PCR or express for antigen on the seventh day of their stay on the island. According to preliminary information, the tourists must pay to such tests.

We remind you that Cyprus recognizes all Russian vaccines and that in order to cross the border it is still necessary to provide the result of a negative PCR test made no later than 72 hours, or a certificate of vaccination or a previous illness within the last 180 days and fill out a questionnaire.
