Citizens from Andorra, Denmark, Djibouti, Colombia, Kuwait, New Zealand, Peru, South Africa are allowed to enter Russia 07.10.2021

The Government of Russia, by its order of October 2, 2021 № 2770-p, amended the order of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 № 635-r, including 8 more countries in Appendix 1, namely:
  • Andorra
  • Denmark
  • Djibouti
  • Colombia
  • Kuwait
  • New Zealand
  • Peru
  • South Africa
Citizens of the above countries and persons holding a residence permit in them are allowed to enter the territory of the Russian Federation, provided that it is carried out:
  • from the states specified in Appendix No. 1 of the order of the Government of Russia dated March 16, 2020 No. 635-p and from the Republic of Belarus (you can find the full list of countries in our newsletter);
  • through air checkpoints across the state border of Russia;
  • if these foreign citizens have a negative PCR test for COVID-19, performed no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in the territory of Russia;
  • if there is an application installed on an electronic device "Traveling without COVID-19" and a PCR test loaded into it, in case of entry is carried out from the EAEU countries, as well as Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,  Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
In addition, these persons are no longer subject to restrictions on accepting documents, issuing and issuing invitations to enter, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has resumed accepting documents for citizens of these countries to obtain a work permit.
