1. MMC in Moscow:
- from October 28 to November 07 - the admission of foreign citizens will be carried out according to the schedule indicated here;
- 04 November - The Migration Center will be closed.
2. MMC in the Moscow region:
- October 28 - working day according to the schedule;
- October 29, 30, 31 - non-working days;
- from November 1 to November 7 - non-working days;
- November 8 - working day according to the schedule.

4. Russian Post:
- November 4 - non-working day for all post offices, except for 24-hour opened departments (Moscow: at Myasnitskaya street 26, Uralskaya street 1, Smolenskaya square, 13/21; St. Petersburg: Nevsky prospect, 87A / 2);
- November 3 - a shorter working day, except for branches with a round-the-clock work schedule;
- November 5 - admission of customers according to the Saturday schedule.

5. Offices My Documents:
- from October 28 to November 7, 25 duty offices "My Documents" will continue to work. They will provide services for registration of death and divorce (according to previously submitted applications). A list of duty centers can be found here;
- November 4 is a non-working day for all branches.
State registration of birth will be carried out directly in maternity hospitals.
6. The territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on migration issues (including devisions of OVTM and devisions on issuing invintations and visas) will be closed for admission from October 28 to Novemer 7 due to the information rovided on phone.
