In Moscow, the enterprise authorized to carry out compulsory dactyloscopy registration and photographing is the Main budgetary institution of the city of Moscow "Multifunctional Migration Center" (hereinafter - the MMC of Moscow).
Moreover, The Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated 02.12.2021 No. 965 "On the organization of the provision of assistance by the organization authorized by the city of federal significance Moscow to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Moscow in carrying out mandatory state dactyloscopy registration and photographing of foreign citizens and stateless persons, who arrived in the Russian Federation for purposes not related to labor activities, for a period exceeding 90 calendar days, or for the purpose of employment" has been published on 20.12.2021, which established that:
- MMC transmits information to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow via secure communication channels;
- fingerprint and photographic information is transmitted on the day it is received;
- after transmission, photographic and fingerprint information is subjects to destruction.
