The head of the Altai Republic introduced a ban on working under a patent for a number of activities 21.02.2022

The Head of the Altai Republic signed Decree No. 370-u dated December 24, 2021, which prohibits employers engaged in the following types of economic activity from attracting foreign workers on the basis of patents.
 
The Decree provides for an appropriate list of types of economic activity:

This decree entered into force on January 1, 2022. An economic entity must fulfill this requirement within 3 months from this date.
 
Please note that this also applies to those companies that indicated the types of activities listed in the Decree as additional (such a position follows from the previously provided clarifications of the Ministry of Labor and is supported by the position of the Supreme Court dated January 14, 2016 No. AKPI15-1315).
 
In addition, we remind you that until January 1, 2022, companies had to bring the number of foreign employees in accordance with the Decree of the Government of Russia. Read more in our news.
