The agreement between Tadjikistan and Russia on "Stay regime of citizens of Tadjikistan in Russia" has been signed recently.
According to the Agreement citizens of Tadjikistan are free from migration registration if their period of stay does not exeed 15 calendar days from the date of entry to Russia.
If the period is over 15 calendar days, he/she is obliged to be registered in accordance with the Russian legislation.
Furthermore, the Draft Law proposed work permit obtaining for the period of 3 years will be considered soon.
