Starting from August 2, 2013, Federal Migration Service of Russia in Moscow (Korneychuka str., 47A) had introduced new requirements for work permit applications for Higly Qualified Specialists.
Among other documents, the notary registered copy of educational certificate is needed when applying for work permit. A simple copy and the original certificate can also be presented to FMS. The educational certificate is not necessarily be apostiled.
