Starting from August 29, 2013 the procedure of submitting the documents for obtaining a work permit for Highly Qualified Specialists who intend to work in two or more regions of Russia has been changed.
In case a highly qualified specialist intends to work in two or more regions of Russia including Moscow, the documents for obtaining work permits and invitations should be submitted to the Russian UFMS of Moscow (Korneychuka str., 47A).
In case a highly qualified specialist intends to work in two or more regions of Russia including the Moscow region, the documents for obtaining work permits and invitations should be submitted to the Russian UFMS of the Moscow region (Pyatnitskaya str., 2).
In case a highly qualified specialist intends to work in two or more regions of Russia not including the Moscow region, the documents for obtaining work permits and invitations should be submitted to the FMS of Russia (V. Radischevskaya str., 4 bldg. 1).
To obtain the documents for highly qualified specialists in other regions of Russia one should submit the documents to the corresponding local FMS of Russia with powers to process the documents for HQS. If there is no such local FMS, the documents should be submitted to the FMS of Russia (V. Radischevskaya str., 4 bldg. 1).
