We would like to inform you that starting from from December 10, 2013 the UFMS of Moscow (Korneychuka str., 47A) had faced software problems which led to the termination of the reception of documents for foreign labor hire permit and of the issue of work permits (including these for highly qualified specialists).
By now the situation has not changed. The documents reception has not been resumed and it is highly unlikely that the reception of documents for foreign labor hire permit and for work permits (including these for highly qualified specialists) will be resumed before the end of the year.
Ready documents are issued with a slight delay.
In some cases (if there are certain grounds), when, for example, an employee’s work visa is expiring soon, it is possible to appeal to the head of Labor Migration department of the UFMS of Moscow (Korneychuka str., 47A) for a resolution on the documents reception.
