Starting from January 09, 2014 all notifications on the conclusion and termination of labor and civil contracts with foreign citizens from visa free countries as well as on grating them an unpaid leave for more than one month per year shall be submitted to the Moscow Centre of Labor Exchange (115280, Moscow, Avtozavodskaya str., 23 bld. 15).
The changes are introduced by the order of the Department of Labor and Employment of Moscow as of 04.12.2013 “On the redistribution of the activities between the Local Centres of Employment and the Moscow Centre of Labor Exchange”.
For now the documents are accepted in 5-6 windows with no long queues.
We would like to remind you that according to the administrative legislation of Russia there is a responsibility for not notifying the executive authority in question:
- administrative fine:
- for citizens – 5000 – 7000 rubles;
- for officials – 35 000 – 70 000 rubles;
- for legal entities – 400 000 – 1 000 000 rubles; or
- for citizens – 5000 – 7000 rubles;
- temporary administrative suspension of the activity for a period from 14 to 90 days.
