Starting from January 1, 2014 the procedure of registering a company within the UFMS for processing invitations for foreign citizens has been changed according to the Order of the FMS №390 as of 30.11.2012.
We would like to inform you about the main changes.
Now to register a new organization one needs a short list of documents. It is enough to present the information about the organization according to the following form as well as a free-form letter containing information about people authorized to submit and receive documents for processing invitations for foreign citizens.
One can submit the documents for registering a new organization only together with the documents for processing the first invitation.
To introduce changes to the company’s profile data it is also enough to submit a free-form letter requesting to introduce the changes in question.
The company can be registered for a period of up to 5 years. Upon the documents submission the organization is assigned a registration number, registration card is no longer handed to the representatives of the organization.
The applications for invitations for foreign citizens can be submitted by the people authorized to submit the documents according to the registration after they are identified.
The abovementioned administrative regulations concern all subdivisions of the FMS of Russia yet for now function only in the UFMS of Moscow. We will keep you updated on the situation in other regional UFMS.
