Starting from February 11, 2014 the FMS of Russia (V. Radischevskaya str., 4a) has stopped accepting applications for work permits valid in two or more regions.
According to the information from the FMS the function of issuing such work permits has been delegated to regional offices of FMS. Thus to obtain a work permit valid in two or more regions one shall apply to the authorized FMS office at the company’s legal address. According to the FMS officials if there is no authorized FMS office in the region of the company’s legal address, the company shall apply to the nearest authorized FMS office.
At the moment the applications for work permits valid in two or more regions are accepted only from business-associations attached to the FMS of Russia for service.
