Let us remind you, that in accordance with the Order of the Russian Government N800 as of September 9, 2013 “On adoption of the rules of preparation of propositions determining the demand in foreign labor…” all quota regulations on work permit and invitation letters procedures have been abolished starting from January 1, 2014. To the moment only the draft of the new quota regulations exists. It is available here.
Neither Moscow center for labor exchange nor Rostrud give any forecasts of the proposed date of the adoption of the new regulations. Confidence Group will inform you as soon as it happens.
