We would like to remind you that April 30 is the last day for HQS salary notifications to be submitted for the first reporting quarter.
Please also note that according to the Federal Law № 207-FZ “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation for the Purpose of Improving Migration Legislation and Administrative Liability for its Violation” penalties were introduced for not notifying or violating the rules of notifying on HQSs’ salary payments.
This violation of the law is punished by the following administrative fines:
- from 35 000 to 70 000 rubles for employers' officials;
- from 400 000 to 1 000 000 rubles for legal entities.
