The situation with the procedure of applying for foreign labor hire permit and work permit for foreign citizens, including Highly Qualified specialists, became worse over the last several months. As of June, 19, 2014, the application procedure can take 3-4 days because of constant queues and call-overs.
Let us remind you that the maximum number of sets of documents submitted by one representative can’t exceed 3 units. One Highly Qualified specialist or one foreign labor hire permit (excluding the number of foreign citizens) or an unlimited number of work permits from one organization (within one foreign labor hire permit) are understood as one set of the documents.
Thus, the company Confidence Group strongly recommends to plan all documents processings beforehand and take into account the increased period of application procedure.
