On 13 May, 2009 "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" has published the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development №132н from 24 March 2009 with the list of positions/profession on which foreign citizens can apply for work permits in 2009 Quota free.

The order will come into force within 10 days after the publication. Quota free work permit processings (1-st stage - Center for Employment) can be started from now.
