On February 5, 2010 with the Order № 34 the Federal Service for Labor and Employment has published the distributed to the organizations Quota for foreign labor hire in 2010.
The appropriate Quota lists of the major Russian regions are available here:
Starting from February 8, 2010 an employer can start the procedure of obtaining work permits for its’ foreign employees within confirmed Quota.

Organizations can also check their Quota 2010 applications on the website of the Ministry of Health and Social Development at: http://www.migrakvota.gov.ru/. Information will be updated shortly.
