According to the Order № 482н as of 28 June published on 10 August, 2010 by Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development the following professions were added to the list of Quota free positions in 2010:

| 2 | Laboratory Supervisor (scientific research) |
| 3 | Researcher (Area of the Law) |
| 4 | Researcher (Sociology) |
| 5 | Researcher (Economics) |
| 6 | Researcher (Philosophy, History, Polytology) |
| 7 | Head of research unit, with research departments and laboratories in it’s structure |
| 8 | Senior Lecturer (in colleges, universities and other High Schools) |
