Confidence Group would like to remind that on February 15, 2016 the amendments to the list of medical organizations authorized to inspect foreign citizens arriving in Russia in order not requiring a visa for obtaining the patents for the right of temporary work in Moscow, for registration of documents confirming the absence of drug abuse, HIV and infectious diseases, came into force.
After the amendments had entered into force – the list included only one medical organization, namely:
The State Budget Institution of Moscow Health "Moscow Scientific and Practical dermatology and cosmetology center of Moscow health Department", located at 119071, Moscow, Leninsky Prospect, 17 (its branch is located in the multifunctional migration center in Sakharovo).
The above organization is only one authorized to issue in Moscow the documents confirming the absence of addiction diseases and infectious diseases of the foreign citizen, as well as certificates on the absence of disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) of the foreign citizen, arriving in Russia in order not requiring a visa for obtaining the patents.
Earlier this list, provided by the Decree of the Government of Moscow as of December 24, 2014 №819-PP, included 43 medical organizations.
For foreign citizens arriving in Russia from visa countries, in order to obtain the work permit in Russia, the medical examination is carried out in any medical organization or any other organization engaged in medical activities, providing primary health care, irrespective of the legal form, if it has valid medical license for such medical activities, in accordance with p. 2 of annex 2 of the Order of the Russian Ministry of Health as of 29.06.2015 № 384n.
For foreign citizens arriving in Russia in order to obtain the temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit in Russia, the medical examination is carried out in any medical organization or any other organization engaged in medical activities, providing primary health care, irrespective of the legal form, if it has valid medical license for such medical activities, in accordance with p. 2 of annex 2 of the Order of the Russian Ministry of Health as of 29.06.2015 № 384n.
