On July 28, 2010 the order N147 of the Federal Migration Service “About the new application forms and regime for notifications of state organizations on foreign labor hire …” came into force.
According to the new order, in case a company provides employees in leasing to others, the Federal Migration Service shall be notified about this fact within 3 working days from foreign employee’s employment.

The forms are to be filled accurately and completely. Shorthand words, abbreviations and rectifications are not allowed. Notification can be submitted to the appropriate authority either in person (through a legal representative) or by post.
Stamped mark for admission by the appropriate authority confirms that employer met the requirements upon notifications. The marked coupons shall be kept by employer for a year from the date of notification submission.
