This innovation applies to those organizations employing citizens from visa free countries with valid work permits, issued for the period of more than 3 months on behalf of some other organizations, and if work permit contains the name of the other company or does not contain any information about employer at all.
According to the Federal Law 115 as of July 1, 2010 (paragraph 7.6, Article 13.1) an employer have to apply for correction to the Federal Migration Service within 7 days from the date of employment of citizens with such work permits.
The following documents for work permit correction shall be provided:
- Application form on behalf of new employer;
- Application form for work permit;
- Power of attorney for representative;
- Draft of the labor contract;
- Notary registered foundation documents (INN, OGRN);
- Letter for correction;
- List of documents submitted.
