Let us remind you that all employers wishing to hire foreign labor in 2012 shall apply to the Moscow Center for Labor Exchange or appropriate organization responsible for Quotas in their region within May 1, 2011. The rule applies not only for citizens from visa countries but also for citizens from visa free countries.
According to the information from the Moscow Center for Labor Exchange the new Quota application forms adopted by the Order 514 as of July 13, 2010 are not accepted. It is still required to make application form through the official website www.migrakvota.gov.ru and submit the old printed application forms to the Moscow Center for Labor Exchange. As soon as the new forms will be implemented on the source, the new application forms will be accepted.
The Committee for Labor and Employment of the Moscow region (organization, responsible for Quota applications in Moscow region) accepts new application forms for Quota and Quota correction approved by the Order 514 as of July 13, 2010. It is not obligatory to make Quota application forms in Moscow region with the help of www.migrakvota.gov.ru.
