Starting from January 1, 2011 the procedure of work permit documents submission in Moscow region has been changed.
Earlier HIV and medical certificates could be provided to the Federal Migration Service at the time of work permit receiving.
Now the set of documents for work permit can not be accepted without HIV and medical certificates.
