Please, kindly note, that October 30 is the final date for sending HQS salary notifications for the third quarter 2020.
For violation of this procedure the following liabilities are imposed:
- for officials - administative fine in the amount from thirty-five thousand to seventy thousand rubles;
- for legal entities - administative fine from four hundred thousand to one million rubles.
We would like to pay attention, that the most common reasons for bringing employers to administrative responsibility are violation of these notifications, including sending incorrect forms, sending forms by post to organizations that are not responsible (e.g. incorrect addresses and others).
Also, please note, that the forms which are downloaded from such accounting units as 1C are not correct and will not be considered by the oficials of the MIA.
