The international air service with Azerbaijan (Moscow-Baku, 2 times a week) and Armenia (Moscow-Erevan, 4 times a week) resumes from the 15th of February, 2021. Citizens from these counties are allowed to enter Russia from the abovementioned date from the airports of Baku and Erevan.
The passenger railway service for Russian citizens with Belarus resumes from the 8th of February, 2021, with the routes Minsk-Moscow-Minsk, Moscow-Kaliningrad and Kaliningrad-Saint Petersburg with the train stop in Minsk.
The air service to Minsk (once per week) resumes from the airports of Rostov-on-Don and Saint Petersburg the 8th of February.
The quantity of flights between Moscow and Minsk and Moscow and Bishkek is increased (from 3 to 5 per week for Minsk and from 1 to 3 per week for Bishkek) from the mentioned date.
