According to information received from the General Consulate of Russian Federation in Istanbul (Russian version only), starting from March 15, 2021, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, the rules for entering the Republic of Turkey will be changed. All citizens arriving in this country, must fill out an electronic form (not earlier than 72 hours before the trip), on the basis of which an individual HES-code will be automatically generated. This form will need to be presented at check-in at the airport of departure.
The form is filled out on the website and can be printed on paper or saved on an electronic device.
Completion of this form can be checked at the Turkish border. If the citizen does not fill out the form, or the information in it can be misleading, legal and administrative sanctions may arise. Entry to Turkey may also be prohibited (unless you are a Turkish citizen or do not have a residence permit).
