The chief health inspector of Russia Anna Popova signed a decree according to which Russians returning from abroad will be able to upload a test to the “GosUslugi” site within four days, and not three, as it was before.
This decree comes into force on July 30, 2021, i.e. today. It is especially important for people from some regions, who uses connecting flights via Moscow and sometimes do not have time to pass the test on time. A fine from 15 thousand rubles to 40 thousand rubles is provided for violation of the terms or failure to upload the results of the PCR test as a violation of sanitary legislation (clause 2 of article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
We remind you that if a Russian has completed a full vaccination course with a vaccine registered in Russia against COVID-19 within the last 12 months or has recovered from the disease in the last 6 months, then he does not need to take a PCR test, but it is still necessary to upload information about vaccinations/the disease to the "GosUslugi" site now also within 4 days.
