On July 27, 2021, Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó announced that it was decided to allow entry for Russian citizens who had completed a full course of vaccination with one of the Russian vaccines without restrictions, i.e. without PCR tests and without isolation.
After this speech, on August 2, 2021, Hungarian visa centers in 18 cities of Russia resumed accepting documents for a tourist visa. To obtain a visa, he/she will also need to present a certificate of vaccination, printed from the website of "GosUslugi".
